alright I haven't had a chance to dive into it just yet but the ignition wire will read 12 volts under the dash right before the motor harness. to 5 volts right before the body harness any idea where 7 volts might be going??

 

any ideas anyone?

 

check grounds somewhere...trace the wire and see whats up...im about to do the same..
