Broken timing Chain?

240 (KA) died in traffic. Engine turns over, has spark, and fuel, but 0 Compression. Sounds like a bad timing chain, doesn't it?

could have also just skipped a few teeth...either way would be bent valves

all 4 cylinders no compression. you can pop the valve cover and see. may be gasket.
