are those Holset turbos really any good? i know they use em in dodge turbodiesels, but that just sounds like tons of turbo lag

mark is not going ka-t anymore last i heard. i'll let him chime in, but he'll save money and make 2x the power.

and for holset turboes, here's a setup on a stock block doing 410 at 15psi with a pretty good powerband. these things go for cheap on ebay too.

well, it IS a stock turbo. and comparing that to most other turboes i see on KAs, thats pretty big. the comp housing looks gt35r or bigger almost.

Holset's are badass! A local guy is making 440 at the tires with a Holset off of a Dodge truck. It spools faster than his T4/T3 hybrid that he replaced it with. They also love very high pressure ratio's (high boost).
