Default injector leak that wont stop

i got a 1990 nissan 240sx with a sohc that i have changed the injector seals three times and they last about a week before they start leaking again i have put a new filter and injector and seals and they leak at the seal any help would be needed i burn about 1 tank every three day and i only drive about 60 mile a week thank for any help

did you lubricate the orings before installing them?

dont drive with leaking fuel it = fires.

ya make sure you lubricate the orings with grease. thats what cause them to either seat unproperly or even break...very dangerous

i have the same problem i replaced my orings and lubed them up real good before installing them and they have leaked ever sence i installed them, they still leak but i drive it anyway

lets go over the obvious.

a) Improper installation
b) wrong o-rings
c) fuel rail or injector is damaged (highly unlikely)

ok i lubed them and they are not installed wrong and theyre the right injectors and seals but they only last a little while before they start leaking

Where did you buy your orings?

I have been sold bad orings from parts stores in the past, they looked the same size, but definately were not. Make sure you also clean your injectors real well, and also the inside of the fuel rail, check for any burs.

is this a ka24de? or ka24e?

i got mine from napa, if i turn them some times they dont leak or dont leak as bad

i bought a set from car quest and napa im thinking about buing them from the dealer cause i get a very good deal there its a k24de motor
