Fuel Leak ?

Today my car started leaking fuel underneath the body of the car in front of the gas tank. I tried to pinpoint the exact location but it got dark outside so I guess I'll take a look tomorrow. My question is now my car won't crank so is this because of the leak in the fuel line (I'm assuming) and the car has an automatic fuel cutoff? Is a pretty steady leak, it seems to be running down from the line somewhere onto the tank itself. I really need help. Thanks.

I replaced the fuel pump about three months ago and inspected the lines. They appeared to be ok. So you're saying check the rubber lines "underneath" the body of the car? Do you know by chance the diameter I would need to replace the hoses? I've already brought some 5/16" line from awhile back just wondering if it will fit.

Does anyone have a siphon pump I can borrow to remove the fuel from my leaking fuel tank? I need to load my car onto a flatbed but tow truck company won't allow me and I already had the Tampa Fire Department come out and take a look and there was nothing they could do. I live by USF. Please someone help me out. Thanks.
