I was thinking to be a little different it might be cool to have a NA SR, now here is the question can I use the SR out of a g20 and just get a rwd manifold and transmission, how hard do you think it would be, oh and please dont just say "it cant be done", unless you really know, thanks

 

Why dont you just buy the RWD sr20de motorset and/or clip? Much easier and actually quite cheap. Because 180sx's came with a sr20de, non-turbo engine. They are quite similar to the sr20DET's but i dont know that much on them, except theyre lighter then KA's and have a few less ponies.

the bellhousings are configured differently.

the mounts wont work

NA motorsets are cheap

NA SR's make less power than KA's

but they do drive smooth... just not quick by any means

Ha! RWD NA SR slow. . .try 11.2:1 C/R, headers, Cams, ecu tune and ITBs.
