Default suspension question

Under hard acceleration in am getting a lot of rear end squat and toe out from the rear wheels. These only happen under acceleration. I need to get the car aligned, but if this happens because of worn-out parts, I would like to replace them before I get it aligned...... or is this normal for s13's?

Car is a 92 coupe
Suspension is Tein c/o

Thanks in advance,
Patrick

could be just worn out bushings.
if youre planning on tracking the car, you might want to go with all spherical bushings in the rear, and front.

thanks, craig said he replaced the TC rod bushings and swaybar endlink bushings with Energy Suspension bits. Which bushings in the rear need to be replaced? I saw a post about subframe spacers would they help?

That for the help, I hate to be the noob and ask noob questions.

ha, no problem... is this going to be a pretty much track only car?
or half/half?

if it isnt a dedicated track car, id say order a energy suspension hyper flex kit.
i just got mine for 120$ shipped, and it replaces pretty much every bushing with polyeurothane.
and youll have a couple left over, like the t/c bushings, and endlinks.

now, if its going to be a track car, with little street driving, get something like jic, or tein rear upper control arms, lower control arms, and toe links. and you might still have a few bushings here and there to replace. but it will handle alot better, just wont be as forgiving as the e/s kit. (which is still very stiff.)
subframe spacers will stiffen the ride, and have less give also, but i dont think they will "fix" the problem youre having.
