Default hardware store bolts

hey, Lowes seems the best place around for metric bolts, and their selection sucks. I'm gettin ticked at having to cut/grind bolts to get them shorter and cut/weld to get them longer. Anyone know of a decent supplier in the north Tampa area for some 8x1.25 and upto about 80mm long units?
