Default 300zx suspension

I am about to upgrade the suspension on my 300zx 2+2 but i just dont know where to begin... i knkow that a "DRIFT" suspension basically takes care of just about everything that i will ever need but i am not just intrested in JUST drifting i also woudl like to set up the zcar for road racing... basically a full suspension is what i am looking for(adjustable damper, ride height, also upgrading the bushing and tie-rods(i think that is what they are called..) also i am looking for something that i guess what you would say is"user friendly" or easy to understand.. not something that it too complicated..

my friend that used to have a 2+2 has a set of i think tokiko shocks with eibach or stillen springs... but i have heard that a fully adjustable system is the way to go cuz you can adjust them to the way that you drive.. not adjust the way that you drive to the coilover system.. nay way i just dont know where to begin.. i know that MATTBACK's 240 has a "FULL" suspension" system and i could use some pionters that is all

Default IF you have the money

go with Teins HA's or the likes, coil overs.

If you are on a budget go with ground control coil overs.

If you are on a real budget, go with Eibachs and AGX's.

Adjustable upper control arms are nice too for full camber adjustment. Another good peice is the adjustable pillowball tension rods.

If you upgrade(lower) the shocks and struts do you have to get a (i think that it is called a thing that adjusts the camber...cuz if you lower the car doesnt it create a (-) negative camber... or where the wheels look like they are "tucked" under the wheel well...)
The reason that i ask is that alot of stupid people will "lower" their car and not get a alllignment.. so the inside of the tire will wear-out and this will happen every time that you replace the tires... also i used to own a 91 acura integra and i had a shop called RENEGADE and they installed a set of MATRIX coilovers... the car when it drove felt like it was floating on a big pillow of air... BUT i didnt know at the time that i might need a camber adjustment part( dont know what they are called) and my tires wore out on the INSIDE... any way if i lower or do any adjustment do you think that it would be a safe idea to get a "quality" coilover system with or without an adjustable damper.. and part that adjusts the camber as well??
