Default z32 clutch question????

i am having problems with my clutch in my z32.. First off I have to adjust the clutch almost every day.. when i adjust it(adjusting the bolt right behind the clutch pedal) i adjust it all the way out so i have to push the clutch all the way to the floor and barely lift it to get it to grab.. BUT if i dont do the daily adjustment to the pedal.. the possition moves from all the way from the floor to i just barely have to push the pedal in to get the clutch to disengage, and i only have to move it about 1-2 inches and the rest of the movement of the pedal is play(all the way to the floor)also the pedal is extremely difficult to push in AND it will engage to shift gears BUT it wont disengage all the way(it is like it just wont let go) burning it up if i dont adjust it, BUT when i place the clutch to the floor I hear a metal on metal sound.. this is one of the main reasons that i adjust it out(there is no sound when i adjust it to the floor).

I just have NO idea on how to fix or correct this problem.. I have replaced the SLAVE CYL. THE CLUTCH MSTR. CYL. the clutch fork(with extension welded on by my mechanic and a larger hole made for it in the BELL HOUSING).. i think that it might be the lines they might need to be replaced and a new clutch is a definent.. i replaced the clutch not more than a year ago and i purchased a clutch from EXEDY/DAIKKIN (OEM SPEC.) nothing special.. but i have had nothing but problems with my clutch and i am currently looking for a new mechanic (NOT A SHADE TREE MECHANIC) that tries to ell me what to do.

any way if anyone was had any similar troubles with their clutch i could really use your input.. or even better a solution to my problem thanks for the info..

my clutch was doing that on my s13 and matt from ss told me that i was probly going to need a new master cylinder. apperently one of the check valves wasn't working right and when ever the pedal was pushed down the fluid would go through the lines but not come back. but since you got a new master cylinder maybe it can be adjusted or somthing

sounds like the clutch line needs to be bled. You need 2 people to do it, but I'd just take it to a tranny place and have them do it in 5 minutes.

I just dont fukn know what the problem is i had the clutch replaced the slave cyl and the clutch mstr cyl.. i recently printed up a diagram of the z32 clutch and how it works... and low and behold their is only 2 things that havnt been replaced or worked on and it is the hydrolic clutch lines themselves and something called the vacuum booster..that is is this is the link that i looked at:

HTTP:http://WWW.TWINTURBO.NET/TTNFAQ/FAQP...DJUSTMENT.html

this diagram shows clearly that the only thing that hasnt been replaced is the vacuum booster and the lines themselves... this is the ONLY THE ONLY 2 things that can be the problem ya know. unless my car has a mind of its own(i know that almost everyone has talked to his/her car like it was its own person).... it is just the only logical explanation that could be the problem...thanx i also hit up zcar.com and asked thte MAXDOC this guy is a Z car genius he knows absoutly everything there is to know about the zcar from the old 280 to the 350 i think he own about 7 of them.. any way keep the info comming is has really been useful..
