Broken sheet!!
I think I may need a new driveshaft for my 280zx turbo... anyone know where can get a replacment?
There's a horrible thud when I shift at times... and when I let off the gas to rev down it does the same... I think it's a U joint issue, but they aren't replacable in the 280's from my knowledge...
Any help would be apreciated.

it may be your tranny mount. or jack it up and wiggle the d/s to see if you got play in the joints. should be easy to tell. and i have heard of a company *once* that made a conversion kit to replaceable u-joints for z31`s, so that may be the same for 280`s. have no idea who, where or how much.

haha, welcome to the good ole rear end klunk. I had that same problem with my 280zx turbo. If i remember correctly i think its the rubber rearend mount that goes bad. its been awhile though so i could be wrong.
