bored 30 over
I'm rebuilding my engine, sr20det, will it be worth while to have it bored 30 over or not. getting aftermarket rods, pistons, bearing. also getting performance cams different intake manifold. have 550 inj. going to run about 20 to 25psi boost. any good suggestion is welcomed but all wise cracks keep to them self. thanks

eh, i'd do it if I was going to spend the money on parts anyway.
but, you probably won't see a significant gain in power over the stock size.
should spool a little better/faster and you should get a little better low end power.
to me, bored out like that just makes the car a little easier to drive in traffic, but beyond that, the power isn't hugely different.
