Torque

Does Anyone know anything about Torque converters for Automatics?

i know a little about them, mostly the obvious, like if you hold the brake and floor the gas itll only rev to a certain rpm (2500 i think) and an aftermarket one would let you change that to 3k or so...i think it would only help in launching, but i could be wrong. but anyways what were you wanting to know?

there are probably more cost effective things to buy other then that....are you using nitruous? (just curious of the name)

Friend of mine is trying to talk me into letting him do a 40 or 50 shot of nos on my car...but i dont know much about nos and whether to do it or not and having a potential bomb in my back seat doesnt make me to comfortable.... :o

well, i wouldnt recommend squirting, but there isnt a bigger power adder for the price...hey i got an idea, swap in a 1G

if you got the time and patience to that is...
