Ok so heres the deal when I first start the car evens out at 900-1000

After driving it for a while and getting on it some(Shifting at 3500-4k rpms) after shifting it wants to stall but comes back up to 300 rpms and sits there and just idles are 300. What is causing this?

Its also running real rich after getting on it some and my gas mileage is horrible right now.

BOV is recirculated

Also will a bad slave cylinder or throw out bearing cause 2nd gear to grind? Its got a new clutch and has recently started grinding but it dosent grind everytime... just sometimes. Or is it the syncros? Trying to save some money... The clutch pedal occasionally sticks but I can pull it back up and keep driving so im thinking thats probably the slave or master cyl?

Info:
95 GST
108k
Head has 20k
2 1/2in Exaust

Installed the SMIC steel piping, fixed some of the idle issues but still drops to 300 rpms sometimes and sits on em but then goes back up to about 800-900 and smooths out? No boost leaks... my idle screw in my throttle body is broke off but it shouldnt affect the idle after its been running just on start up I would imagine. Its not running rich anymore so thats a good thing, but whats causing the the idle problem? IAC Valve?

Also checked trans fluid today bone dry so theres my 2nd gear grinding issue. I added gear lube to see if I could maybe save it but so far no change prolly need the new trans.

Idk tho, I was thinking that too but symptoms aren't there... It dosent drop RPMS when the clutch is pressed... and the sticking of the clutch pedal rarely happens much less on left turns. I just dont see it.

Syncro is bad in second, replaced slave and master cyls not sticking anymore. Getting a trans this weekend.

As far as the idle goes, my BIS screw is broke off im thinking it was idleing high on a cold start and the previous owner turned the idle down and thats why when it warms up the rpms just sit around 400 dont drop or go higher... so I ordered a new bis screw.

Sprayed out throttle body
replaced IACV
put the egr block plate on
checked for boost and vaccum leaks
What else could it even be? MAF Sensor is bad?
