Anyoe have any ideas why a gsx would not have power to its front wheels. Car drives just fine. There is a new clutch and flywheel in the car. We found this out last night up here in NY. It is snowing and the front wheels do nothing while the rear spins its ass off.

 

damn i remember karims 1g did the same thing, but i dont remember what the problem was.

 

that can't be good right, that sounds like something will brake soon...

 

center diff maybe? i welded mine when my t-case blew because it was throwing all power to the rear so i drove it fwd for a while.

 

^ Correctamundo You blew your center diff Ant... as long as the car isn't making any real power it will be rwd for a long while. Cars making a little power usually end up completely braking the diff and going nowhere shortly after that happens.

You need to pull the trans, rip it apart and replace the center diff my friend. Sorry

 

Wow that sucks. The weird thing is that the car started to shake really hard as if an axle was about to snap. Then we heard a loud bang. The shaking stopped and the car drove fine. I know the front axle are shot. I was hoping that maybe the axle just snapped. She is only on a 14b at wastegate boost. Well I will see what I can find. I will let you guys know.

I am just having a really bad week the clutch on the evo took a shit today. I love this bull shit. Ever since I came back to NY these car fucking hate me. There is always something wrong with them. I can not wait to get back to florida. See you guys in the spring.
