Ok here is a pic of my old truck. After seeing a couple similar colors ive come to reliaze I think it is basically the same as WRX world rally blue except mine had a purple pearl in it. (The custom shop wont tell me the color we are on bad terms because of something they did) So i was thinking to paint it this color here (my old truck lil dirty in pic)-



Now I was also thinking I like the new bmws that are Interlagos Blue Metallic. Here is a pic.

Which color do you all think would look best? I was thinking of having American powder coating powder coat all my engine compt brackets and shit silver and paint other things with the blue.

my first attempt at photoshop lmao.. not the color and doesnt look good.

screwed around with that gsx.. color is off to dull or something but shaved the doors blacked the taillights and painted the center taillight piece.

 

that gsx is sex in person. the color is by NO MEANS dull. how bout 350z blue?

 

350z blue is a good idea i might look into that. I thought of taking my old truck down to refinish line and being its in primer I might not be too lucky but there are parts still with full blue paint and Im hoping they can shoot it and be able to tell me the mixture to make the color. have to get the buyer to do it tho lol

 

do you only want blue or have you thought of any other colors?

do you want a custom color or an OEM factory color thats easy to touch up?

 

I really like blue with silver accents. when ppl saw my truck every1 and i mean EVERY1 asked what kinda paint it was. It was better looking even in person so hopefully I can get the paint mixture from refinishline if they can shoot it.

 

the place that painted my car has soooooo many custom color books its ridiculous. you could easily spend an hour or so just looking at the blues
