Default Dash lights coming on while driving

driving, 80mph, roughly 4k rpm. Battery, brake, and whatever the one is on the right that looks like a radiator come on
look down at my turbo timer which is showing voltage, im reading 13.8-14.0
when the voltage drops from 14, the lights go out.

this happened about 4 times on the way to the track

drove home at 65mph a little over 3k rpm steady the whole way no lights, battery voltage never went over 13.7

i had the alternator and battery tested and they tested fine (test was done at idle and 2k rpm per the machine)

what does these lights coming on mean? is 14.0 voltage safe?
what range of voltage is safe?

thanks a lot

just face it man, your car got nervous when it heard it was going to the track... but seriously my best guess would be the voltage regulator on the brand new alternator, don't know what else it could be, the test that was done with the machine was not done at 4k and we know thats where the problem is.

mine was backwards, my lights wouldnt turn on, my gas would be on empty and the lil light wouldnt turn on at all, turned out to be the alt, find out if they check the regulator? cause i went to autozone and she said its not the alt its your battary 1 week later its doing the same thing, took it back and again its not the alternator, must be the ecu, so i took it to advanced auto and it 5 min they were like the alt is charging fine but the regulator isnt working on it.
