Default i keep breaking belts

ok i have no idea how i keep doing this but from some reason i keep breaking alternator belts. ive replaced the bracket and the alternator and it just keeps happening. just last night i broke another one. someone help me out if you know what i can do to fix this crap.

Is this altenator pulley bent? Are you tightening the belt to much?

no its a brand new alternator and pully. i would like to think im producing enough torque to bend it but thats not the case and i know im not over tighting it.
