Default chip

Here's my question, if I chip my ecu to run with 750 injectors but i still have stock 550 injectors will the car run right. 96 gs-t. The problem is my turbo went BOOM and i was thinking about getting a big 16g (wanted 20g but a bit too much money) 750 injectors or 780 and an e-prom. Problem is if i send my ecu to get chipped, when I get it back i will need to drive it before the injectors will be put in. Any info will help.
