Hi I drive a 93 gsx and the other day while messing with a 350z
I heard a pop and then the car began to shudder any time I got on the gas. I tested it at different speeds and it only happens when I get on the gas. If anyone else has had a similar problem please let me know. Myself and my crew are at a loss and even the repair shops are useless.

 

How does it idle... if it idles like shit an ic pipe might have come off... do you have a bood gauge.. if so that will tell you if any pressure is makeing it to the intake manifold. where are you located if you are close to me ill come look at it for ya.

 

It idles fine and yes have a boost gauge and it runs about 11 psi at full throttle.

 

Oh ya and I live in Tarpon Springs just north of clearwater.

What kind of crew do you have?
If this is your race crew i would fire them.
You need to take it to someonme who knows what they are doing.
Like Jerry (lancerman) or Brian (nouseforaname)

I wish i was back home to meet for of yall! I havent been heavily into DSM until i got into the military! I am planning on coming back with a 500-550whp spyder which i bought off "chris ls" which you all should know. I have my 6 bolt project motor off to the side that is going to get me that goal. A guy named mike (project goodwill guru) who i think is MitsuBucci but not sure knows a good friend of mine ronnie who once had a 90 GSX. I once parked behind goodwill but no one was home. I creamed my pants when i found out he knew the project goodwill guy! Sorry for the thread jack but i need to get in touch with locals from home. Its hard being into these cars here. Plus i need to get home!
