Not really a huge difference. Take whichever one you can get at the best price

Maybe on paper. But some of the fastest times ive seen from 16gs have been from the small variety i believe. EricGST and Josh(screamineagle) come to mind.

Not just price but it is a factor. I have seen better results with the regular 16g over the big 16g and they are cheaper. Makes it a easy decision for me.

is there any difference in maximum output like a good power band because w/ my 14b i reach full boost at like 3500 but i dont get much power gain after like 5500 so will the small 16g make my power carry out more?

Both 16g's will supply more air than your 14b in the upper RPM's. You won't see big gains though until you upgrade your intercooler.
