Hybrid Boost Controller

Bought it about 3 months back. Had it on my Volvo for about 3 weeks until I blew the HG.

how does this brass contraption made out of pep boys shit even work? if it works ill go make 1 too. but is this the reason u blew a head gasket? just wondering

 

How does it work? Like any manual boost controller works. The reason I blew a headgasket was because my car was on it's last legs so I decided to boost the shit out of it (didn't even have a boost gauge) and see how long I could get away with it. Thanks for the bump.

 

is it the basic or the hybrid model?
