Yea, he's right. They are NOT the mechanical or quarter sweep guages. They are the FULL SWEEP/ELECTRONIC guages. The best ones you can get. I bought them BRAND NEW for my SRT-4 only to never open them after putting the car back to stock. I bought them both new for $196 and some change. I just need to sell them badly to get some money back. Just moved into a new apartment.

Put it this way, lol, it's never been opened so I'm assuming yes. It comes with EVERYTHING it comes with from Auto Meter!
