Default buzzing sound in fc

alright idk why this started happening but it seems ever since i drove the car home it started buzzing while it sits. like when you start the car all of the sudden it fucing buzzes. if you rev the car or drive the car past 2500 rpms it stops until you come to a stop. the hatch is closed all the fluids are full seat belts are in. i just cant figure it out. i read the factory manual and i checked everything that it said which i stated above.

anyone have any idea on why it does this?
is there maybe a fuse i can pull?

I believe on certain radiators it'll be on the left side i believe from coolant cap, if you're facing engine...you cant miss it its the only wiring running on top of raidiator
