alright so what is the difference between the A sticker MAF and the B sticker MAF????? is either one better or what???

I have no idea, all I know is that 89-91 n/a's have their own maf and the turbo models have their own. They aren't interchangeable. 86-88 use an afm if thats what you have, it's the proper termonology.

what ever ecu you have is what afm you should have. matching year to n/a or turbo. having the wrong afm hooked up will give you the wrong reading messing with your a/f ratio

dis is just it i got it from a s4 n/a and my car is an s4 n/a also but the stickers are different

ok, a turbo afm will say n318, if yours doesn't then it's not one.

i know its not a turbo i just want to know whats the difference between these 2 n/a afm's. one has a big B on it and the other a big A and its the first one i've seen with an A on it. its driving me nuts lol

Maybe one belongs to an S4 n/a and the other belongs to a S5 n/a or one is for a N/A 5spd and the other is for a N/A 4spd. One can be. Who knows.
Try doing a search on Googles.com under mazda MAF or somethin.
It is a good question though. You have me pondering but to busy to look into it right now.

s5 have maf sensors, they do not have the flap-door afms. One is probably just an early year then the other, either or they are the same thing and they make no difference at all.
