I went to this. It was great. There were at least 265 cars. They served
three types of grilled sausages, hot dogs and hamburgers. I ate four free
hamburgers and drank a couple bottles of bottled water. The Blue Grass music was
very relaxing. To help out with their youth ministry I bought a bowl of fresh
strawberries.............twice! Burp! -Bob

Before I went to the Dover Rod Run, I went to this open-to-all show. This was only
the second annual event and I hope they do a third one next year. The hot dogs
were good. The people were super nice. There are four Socrum Loops in Lakeland
and the show is held North of the Interstate. The door prizes were a lot more than
just a few gift cards.

Caravan To the Florida Keys 7-Mile Bridge

The fun begins at Mercedes-Benz of Cutler Bay at 11am with food and entertainment. At 1pm we depart for the Seven Mile Bridge in the Florida Keys with a police escort. Our caravan will be filmed from a helicopter at sunset as we cross the bridge! The fun doesn’t end there! 23-24 February 2013 Florida Gumball Rally Begins Saturday 8:00 AM

The Florida Gumball Rally begins in Miami (location pending), and concludes in Ocala. Tentative stops include Prestige Imports, laps at Homestead Speedway, a drive through the Everglades, Muscle Car City, spend the night in a beachfront hotel, Ybor City, and Don Garlits Musuem of Drag Racing. It started off as an annual Woodward Dream Cruise party and has grown into a statewide event that travels aprx. 1000 miles of Florida every year in February. When interviewed recently, Randy Kohler, the founder of the National Gumball Rally said "Anyone can sign up for this fun road-trip especially if you're a fan of Florida or a fan of motor sports." When asked about gas prices Randy replied "Nothing will stop this dedicated group from completing the trip we organized to promote Florida's business, tourism and charity."
The Michigan Gumball Rally was started in 2010 when entrepreneur (Randy Kohler) noticed an opportunity. Behind every fun event is a driven force of advertising that many people do not notice. The Michigan Gumball Rally claims it can generate hundreds of millions of impressions per year through outdoor vehicle advertising, social media strategy and event planning. Randy, 30, first came up with the idea during a road trip and decided to bring the idea to reality after Nelson House, the original founder of The Woodward Dream Cruise died of cancer in 2010. "Someone needed to step up to the plate and lead by example. I set out to organize fun, positive events that anyone can participate in. The Woodward Dream Cruise is the largest one day auto event in the whole world with an annual attendance of over two million people, and it started as a fundraiser to earn money for a children's charity."
Randy finished the interview by saying "Nelson House is a great example of how one person can change the world for the better, I intend to continue that legacy so that someday people will remember me as well. I'm hoping this interview will inspire more people to join us."
Any vehicle can enter the Gumball Rally including sports cars, classic cars, trucks, motorcycles, and rental cars.

The Titan Motorsports open house is open to the public and features a car show with trophies and prizes for the top vehicles in several "best of" classes. This year we've changed the format to offer less classes with more of a focus on "best in show" based on clean modified vehicles. We're also going to have a Ruckus class this year after the huge response from the Ruckus community in years past, so bring your 2 wheel vehicle and show them off as well.

The dyno format will change this year as well, instead of having a general dyno day, we've reached out to shops and racers in the area to have their big power and unique builds take a spin on our Dynojet 424. Expect to see some friendly competition and big power numbers as a result.

This year will also see the return of our Bikini contest with $400 going to the winner, and $150 to the runner up. Tijuana Flats will also return offering free food to attended, and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to their Just-In-Queso charity. We'll be increasing our prize give-aways as well and have reached out to our vendors and partners to donate many great items for the raffles and prizes.

Representatives from the top brands in the automotive aftermarket industry will be on site to display their products and answer questions on their product offerings. A raffle will be held to benefit the Just-In-Queso charity, prizes include gift certificates, apparel, parts, and memorabilia from these great vendors.
