Who: First 50 cars to send their prepays to me.

When: Saturday, April 25, 2009

We have a 5 hour slot TBA. Either 11am-4pm or 12pm-5pm

Cost: $20 prepays to hold the track are required from each car attending. The due date for the first prepay is February 28th, so I can submit the money to BMP on March 1st. Please send your paypal to friend088@gmail.com and in the memo section type your first name, last name, screen name, "TR forums," AND "BMP prepay."

It takes $1,000.00 to hold the track, hence the need to prepay.

2nd and final prepay of $52 (includes $2 paypal fee) is due April 15th. This will speed up the process in the morning and will give everyone more track time, which is what everyone wants.

$72 total and you will be running on track day!

I encourage everyone to pay as soon as possible, and not wait until the deadline.

Spectators/crew that are 12 years old and over pay $12 gate admission. 11 and under are free.

If we do not get enough prepays and have to cancel the event, everyone who prepaid will be refunded ASAP.

Don't wait until the last day to pay!

Note: If you don't use paypal, please PM me to make arrangements for an alternative method of prepay.

Including breaks, we estimate each car can realistically get 10+ runs if the owner chooses to do so.
If we get the 50 prepays, I will most likely get a few trophies for the best 1/4 mile times.

HIN is a lot of fun don't get me wrong. I went to Orlando HIN last year.
But after about 3-4 hours, you've seen about everything.
I can still attend track day and make it to HIN at about 6 or 7 and still have plenty of time
How often do you get to rent out a 1/4 mile track for just 50 cars?
A friend of mine was at BMP recently and got 6-7 runs in within 4 hours with 100 cars, including breaks.
Ours is limited to only 50 cars.

We tried Orlando Speed World first.
It was about $200+ per car.
So Bradenton was the best choice.

yes, it will be registered to the 50 cars that way they can get the max amount of passes in!
