We all know the evo 8 and 9 weigh a lot. Most of us would like to lighten them up a little bit. So post up your mods you have done to reduce the weight of your evo. Cutting the car up is not allowed here.

There are many mods we can buy that reduce the weight of the evo. There is also many freebie mods we can do to also reduce the weight of the evo. With that said lets make an official thread with what was done and how much was saved on your evo.


The Rules:

1. Post up what you have done for freebie weight reduction with just a little write up on how you did it and I will add your post # next to the mod on the list for others to use as a how to and better searching.

2. Post up what you have purchased that was either weight reduction related or just a part that was lighter then stock. PLEASE try and get the full weight of the stock part that was replaced for a better comparison

3. Last and most important how much lighter was your modification whether it was a freebie or a purchased part.
