We began building the engine for project na-t with the fortified internal & all the extra goodies which Noah covered earlier. But for those just joining:

*Brand new TT rods
*Brand new TT pistons
*Arp rod bolts
*Hybrid Motorsports crank scraper
*Clevite main & thrust washer
*Toyota oem rod bearings
*Brand new oil pump
*Brand new timing belt tensioner
*Fluiddamper crankshaft pulley
*Gates racing timing belt
*Hks adjustable cam gear
*Brain crower stage-2 264 duration
*Brian crower titanium retainer
*Brian crower valve springs

After we got the engine finished up we moved onto the modification necessary for the r154 to work in the is300 which was extending the shifter housing which we fabbed up in-house, while we were in there we changes the input & output shaft seals: Before: After:

Wow this build thread is looking great. I'm starting to get excited to actually drive my car since its been over 6 months down now. I cant wait to see those dyno numbers knowing the motor can take so much now. I wonder what the Turbonetics puts down

Thanks gadget. Hands good now, I can actually shift with it.

New update. Suck to report but it turns out The R154 supra tranny I bought is blown. Thanks to Justin its already pulled out and at the Transmission shop. On a good note the motor purrs like a kitten on steroids

we also install a complete fuel system using the used lines & fittings Noah provided and making a return system :







Modified the throttle body for bigger v8 throttle body:
