I HAVE a 88-89 teg ecu that i have heard can plug into my 89 crx harness and give me a 7800 redline

will that ecu run my shit correctly and is it better to use than my crx si ecu?

Yes you can. The plus side is more aggressive fuel curve down
low and a higher rev limiter (7885 vs 7250).
On the negative side your car will run VERY rich and may
cause problems down the road without correction.
Since I'm running a mini-me VTEC set up, I have an APEXi VAFC
to correct the fuel curve.
Nice trick if tuned properly!

put the sucker in and i dont notice any real differance in power, i can tell it is putting out more fuel cuz sometimes if im not gassing it the car bogs, guess i need a few more mods to notice.

all i got is aem intake and gutted cat which helps alot and 2 or
2 1/4 piping.

have b&m fpr on the way and buying a used dc header tommorow

PG7, PM7, PR4 !!! How many damn dohc OBD0 ecus are there !!!??

Year/car/ecu ??
PR4 90-91 integra is where I got mine.

Fouled your plugs b/c you were running to rich, so maybe it'd be a good turbo ecu for me...
