Default ....throttle cable sticking

So i just swapped the heads on my civic dx for a SOHC vtec head on a 96 civic ex. All is well after taking it to Honda to have them finishing the wires and $1068.32 later, somethings up with the throttle. it seem that sometimes the gas pedal sticks and when i put pressure on it it won't go down unless i jam my foot on it. Does it just need to be lubed ? New throttle cable needed ? What do you guys think...my friends got a civic with a GSR swap and his does that same thing sometimes. Any advice ?

probably just need to play with the amount of slack in it..adjust it tighter or more loose and see what happens

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! I took your phone call at honda. What did you try to do to that motor. You are a complete moron to have been trying to swap motor parts without any knowledge whatsoever. I would recommend not touch a honda ever again as long as you live. Ohh by the way wilde honda apreciates your generous compensation, as we all know wiring should cost a fraction of what you were charged.
