Default ECU Options for GSR build - Phearable.net chip or Neptune?

I'm coming to the end of the line on my N/A build which brings me to upgrading the ECU...
I have used Hondata in the past on my K series with little problems, but have found there are more options for the B18c1 I've got now. A lot of people have led me to the phearable.net site which leads to my next question.

How does the phearable.net chipped ecu hold up against the Neptune full blown ECU?
As far as price, it's clear the chipped ecu is a better choice- but would it be worthwhile to go for the full customizable ECU for twice the price?

Both are great options!

I recommend going on the site, and ask questions directly. He will point you in the right direction.

I could put my parts list but it's a little more than i/h/e.. even still what I see phearable has done may still be just fine. I just need to do a compression test to double check but it should be 12.5-13:1
