Does anyone know how to remove a q.panels from a crx. Its a 88. I need to replace it. How long does it take to remove and replace?

TTT i need some help. Iam willing to pay someone. crx isnt running. Its a rolling chassie. Need to get this one off. I have a q. panel on order from autoway honda. anyone good with this thats done it before? I am going to pay you of course.

Does anyone know what iam talking about. Ask me some questions about it if i didnt give enough info??? Do I just rip it off along with my arms or what? come on i know someone knows this? I just need to know what i need to do to get it off. Either go rent a cutting torch or whatever?
