I have a 89 civic hatch and i wanted to put some 00 gsr black leather seats and i wanted to know if it will fit rite in or if i have to do some mods please help THANKS!!!

no they will not fit.
you will have to custom put the brackets from ur kivis on the gsr seats
it can be dont but might be a pain in the ass..

or you can just use the gsr brackets and ghetto bolt the seat down

 

where can i get a custom bracket and how much pain in the ass will that be bro?

 

you dont buy them

you have to "customize" the 89 bracket to go on the gsr seats

or customize the gsr brackets to fit the car

find someone who is smart, i dont know how much they gunna charge you though

 

i have an 89 civic hatch w/ some newer honda leather seats in it..they were just sat in there when i bought the car, you do have to customize...i drilled some new holes used a little jb weld and put a new nut for the front bolts on the the back i just drill new holes and put self tappers in, the carpet covers things up so it don't have to be a perfect job...if you wanted to see how i did it post back & we can swap numbers and meet and you can get an idea...

i drilled holes in my floor to accomadate the new brackets.
then used bolt/nut to secure it
