Default Cluster not working...

okay so i recently did a tranny swap on my eg hatch & i also pulled out my oem cx cluster & put in a edm Eg cluster.
When i got my car done & drove my car all lights, gas, temp, rpm, speedo all worked fine...Well later that night i go to get on it a little bit & almost as soon as my car crosses over everything except the lights stopped working, Gas went all the way up,Temp went all the way down Speedo & rpm stay on 0.
But light i said all of the cluster lights work fine.

Checked my fuses & VSS everything there was fine.
Any ideas?

Yikes I hope its something simple. Try putting your other one in and if it works fine then possibly the cluster itself has an issue

Pretty sure this is what you need to troubleshoot

Replace fuse #15 10amp in under dash fusebox. I think it is labeled backup/lights. That should do it, if not PM me.

Check your grounds

Tranny to chassis ground, T-housing Ground, etc.
everything going over to Hot and full is def a ground/short.
