Default Pros and cons of a pro drive spool diff?

whats up tr does anyone know the pros and cons for a spool diff and is it good for a dd or only track cars

On a fwd it is absolutely a track only car. I worked on a car with a spool a while ago and it was even impossible to push around the shop. Even driven at low speeds it couldn't turn without screeching tires.

Personally I havent seen a good reason for a spool other than full drag racing.
