Unless you have a car lift then go thru the top. Even with a lift I usually put them in from the top anyways.

Ive done both itz all about wut u have and don't have .... Comin in from the top u have to worry about hittin shit if ur not carefull.... The bottom might be easier if u make somethin for the motor to sit on so u can move it around if u have to and line everythin up.... Imo

I took mine out of a hatch from the bottom, just gotta have something to set it on and roll it out, not to mention jacks or jack stands to get the car up high enough off the ground. If you have a lift and shit then you could go up thru the top. Just depends on what you have and don't have.. like everyone else says haha you gotta improvise

Well I have an engine hoist and stands, no lift though. I've swapped about 6 turbo D16's in my EK but, this T-60 with a rev hard manny Gsr takes up a lot more space :/ I'm sure I'm gonna have to go in with the tranny angled down if I go from the top.

Do you guy's leave all the mounts on the motor? I use to with the single cams...that T bracket is a pain in the neck if it's not already on the block when dropin it in.

Thanks for everyone's suggestions, there all welcome!
