Might be a problem with the dimmer or connector on back of cluster

Pull the dimmer switch out of the dash. Unplug the 3-pin plug that's connected to the dimmer.
take a wire to insert into the back of the plug and short the black wire to the red wire.
turn on the parklamps (position I)

If the dash lights turn on try plugging the plug back into the dimmer. (checking for bad connection)
If the lights remain off then replace the dimmer.
If not then you have a wiring issue or the bulbs need replacing. My .02__________________

Ignore Integra info and use left side of print for Troubleshooting.

yo joey, have you ever ran a wire in a loop for your fan switch to make your fan run constantly whenever the key is turned to on? Its the same concept, only for a two wire plug. Just get a piece of wire, expose both ends. Then, pop the dimmer (the lil thing with the wheel type deal on it that makes your lights brighter or softer) and pull the wiring harness from the back of it. Set that aside and focus on the wiring that you pulled out. Look at where the black wire and the red wire go and take the wire you have (the one that you exposed both ends of) and run it in a loop from the black to the red slot of the harness. Then, turn on the running rights (not the headlights but the corners only) and see if your dash lights come on.

Diagnose from there. I have to check mine too and I think mine don't come on because I just didn't plug in the dimmer. Same thing happened with my turning lights when my hazzard switch wasn't connected, the blinkers wouldn't even work at all. Sucks but thats why you got this guy ^^^ to help you. He knows a shit load of stuff about wiring. Good luck
