Default noob question about headlights being foggy

I have a 99 ek coupe EX and my headlights are somewhat foggy and I was wondering how do I remove them? never have tried or looked at them really on how to. its so I can clean them with some rubbing compound on the inside.

Do i have to take my bumper off ?

will rep if helpful

that fog is on the outside of the light not the inside....walmart sells a kit for 16$ you hook to your drill,if you follow it perfect your lights will look brand new

I just use really fine sand paper and clean them really good and then use a buffer with turtle wax.

I believe you may be able to leave the bumper on, but you would have to remove your tits for weight reduction to do so.
