Default distributor question

i have a d15b supercharged....i am getting fuel to my fuel rail. the fuel injectors have power. there is spark getting to the plugs but someone told me it was weak. just bought new ngk plug wires and plugs. when i try to turn over the car the starter just sounds like its whining but the flywheel is turning and the cam is turning. could it be the distributor?

See if your spark is blue or yellow if its yellow you have a weak spark. You can try replacing the coil sometimes they fail and arc to the metal housing around them. And while your at it replace the cap and rotor.

well, with the vague description/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\ of what problems your actually having....you never say if your car is running or not......so i assume your car does not run. You give symptoms, not problems; and only ask could it be the distributor.......

sry... the car will not start, when i try to turn it over it just sounds like the starter is whining without catching anything, yet the flywheel is spinning and the cam is spinning. the distributor rotor and cap are fairly new i just put new wires and plugs in. im getting fuel, someone else checked the spark so i dont know if it was blue or yellow but he said it was weak. any suggestions on why it might not be starting? i dont know how to explain it any better so if you have any questions please ask cuz i really need to get this fixed. thanks
