hey everyone- i have a 94 teg and i am going to buy neuspeed sport lowering springs. i wanted to know if i am going to need to buy new shocks for it too - the guy who had my car before me didnt beat the car at all ill bet that he never even took it over 4500 rpm. the shocks have over 130,xxx HIGHWAY miles on them - the guy drove like and hour and a half to work everyday! the car still has a perfect ride. do you guys think that i should buy new shocks? and if so what kind?? i am not looking to spend a fortune to lower my car, but if it is something that needs to be done then itll be done. how and where would i do that? since the springs would be shorter would i still need to buy new shocks???

just save your money and buy shocks...even if they're just kyb's its still better than stock shocks with 130k plus miles on them.

why is it that everyone always looks for the cheapest way out?

 

i dont have any problems with my type-r shocks and for 50 bucks i couldnt go wrong. and believe my my car is nice and low.
