Default AC fan stays on everytime the car is on

Car is a 99' Si. Everything works as for the AC, but the fan switch to adjust the fan speed doesn't work. It stays full blast, no matter where you adjust it. I want to fix it, but idk what it is.

The knob has to work, because if you put it on the off position it turns off the ac, just never adjusts the fan speed. The fan blows full tilt every time the key is ON.

Why is it doing this, and how much is it for the part?

Also anybody hav any interior body panel clips (the metal ones)?? I only need a few.

Those switches have resistors built in to them that adjust the fan speed. Most of the time when a switch does that you have to replace the assembly. I have a ran into those problems on vehicles other than hondas.

I will look into what you sent me, one thing I noticed about that link is that the OP fan only worked on high setting....my fan never shuts off lol. runs full tilt
