As far as measuring the following accuracy.

0 to 60 mph time
1/4 mile elapsed time (E.T.)
1/4 mile trap speed
Instantaneous lateral acceleration (G s)
Sustained lateral acceleration (G s)
60 mph braking distance
Instantaneous braking Gs
Sustained braking Gs
Horsepower
etc.

From personal experience, they're a waste of money. Talk to Mr. Self Destruct if you want accurate numbers.

They aren't bad for most of those measurments as long as the wheels aren't spinning too much.

The speedometer also has to be accurate for the device to work to any standards.

I wouldn't use the horsepower guesser as more than a ballpark figure.

So it would be good enough to just test bolt-on's instead of just saying it feels faster?

Well I just finished my LS swap into my crx. But I would just to tinker around with a couple things, like cams and cam gears, maybe even a zex kit. But I don't want to pay 70 bucks every time I bolt on something new. That's why I asked about the G TECH PRO..........

Shit, two visit's to the Dyno, that's a G TECH
