Angry 96 teg ls sputtering problem

I'm having problem with my teg is when I try to acclerate it starts sputtering really bad and then when I it reaches around 3500 to 4000 rpms it stops and runs with no problem. Has anyone had this problem before and what could it be. Also I have replaced plugs, distributor, cap and rotor, fuel filter, and I ohm tested the injectors and they are comeing out to be good ohms are at spec. The only thing I could think is fuel pump or timing issue. Please need to know soon so I could fix the problem.

So its the secondary o2 sensor going bad but would it be best to replace the both of them just to get them out the way. Cause I'm pretty sure they havent been replaced.

unhook your battery afterwards to clear anything that was saved....Leave it unhooked for like 10 minutes.
