10psi on a baby turbo and 10psi on a t3/4 is different. what horsepower you think you were running? thats what i need to know cuz im going to probably get it tuned for a littlem ore boost so ill have more power as im slowly gonna get all the stuff needed to build it stronger

The general consensus is that the d-series rods will take up to 200-250hp with a good tune. Take those figures with a grain of salt as everybody's car is a bit different. The rods are the weakest internal link. The good news is that FJ Distributors sells a bottom end kit for pretty cheap. Most of the homemade turbo guys use at a minimum DSM 440cc injectors for their setups, so I'm not sure how much your 360's will compare.

-->Surf the stickies under the forced induction section of D-series.org to get a better feel for what you can use.

Your "integrity" depends on the condition of the motor. Most of the time 220whp isn't a big deal on d's but it IS a big deal on a d that may have been overheated a few times and over revd a few times and ran low on oil a few times...get what I am saying?

never dynoed the car but i would say around 190-210. you can always use ls rods with vitara pistons, ls rods have to be modified to fit pistons.

i was thinking about the vitara superkit... and then just cranking boost up and tune it to hell. and that 190-210 is that an estimate of MY car or an estimate of max it could handle and do you gusy mean hp or whp? please specify. but thanks alot guys

~13-15lbs of boost, HP and TQ numbers will depend on your exact setup, displacement and tune. but that's the upper limit for stock Honda sleeves.

PSI doesnt matter.

you will make more power at the same PSI on a bigger turbo obviously.

Keep it under 250whp and you will be alright.
