cam seal...order a nice one of ebay like skunk2 and call it a day. Seems like ALL stock replacement ones leak.

pop it out and put silicone around it and push it back it.

That doesn't usually work too well. Those aftermarket ones work awesome. The blox one is very nice and does not leak and is cheaper than skunk2's/
