turbo install please help!!
 

ok now im about to put my turbo and manifold on. But if i flip the turbo one way it fits but my downpipe does not. if i flip it the other way the turbo hits the block and wont let me put the manifold on????? PLease help do i need a different manifold or what am i doing wrong? i got some pics

you can rotate the compressor so that it doesnt hit

You may have to Notch the block. There is webbing on the block that gets in the way and it's there from casting really don't need it. You can trim that away if that is the problum you are having.

most likely have to notch block...happend to one of my bois. gl will rest of build

You need to pull out the center console. Then drill a hole threw the fire wall and make sure the wastegate is held good. i did that and now it works like a charm.

i got it, i dident know i could flip the turbo to where it sucks air from the timing belt side i mean i knew it could but i dident think that was the right way my boy did it to his and it works fine.Nowi gotta cut the downpipe and reweld it to fit the exhaust side lol
