Default 95 Integra SE Questions

got a few issues and need some help!

Front Wipers wont cut on - switch does make rear wiper come on but front will not do anything

a/c constantly blows hot air even if set to off position....

dash was swapped out and fuse diagram on the cover does not match up to what is in the car...so if anyone can point me in the right direction for a layout of the fuses Id be thrilled. *** this issue has been resolved as I "acquired"the owners manual from a neighbor***

If anyone is wondering I bought this car from a TR mbr and apparently its been whored around..traced it back to Nick who sold it to Adam then its got sold to me...

this will be a project car...not trying to do anything spectacular quite yet...just making it a DD till the econ picks up and collections is a profitable job again

sounds like you got a problem. if the fuse box is wrong who knows....start with putting the right fuse box in there.

there is a cable that goes from the hot/cold selection switch down under the passenger side to somthing that moves the air directors, then from there theres another cable that goes out into the engine bay to a switch that shuts the water off going in the heater core. unless you have the electronic one, in which case theres one cable that goers all the way to the shut off valve, and theres a solinoid that moves the directors around, if you poke yer head under there you should see it, it will have 1 plug and be mounted on the side of one the black boxes, maybe on the drivers side. also the air will only blow when the fan is off IF the recirculate switch is off. (or not hooked up or somthings broken) this causes the pressure of driving to force air inside (over the heater core if the select thing is broken) depending on the problem you might to pull the dash to fix everything.

the wiper problem could be the switch, the front and rear parts of the switch are separate. you can test it using an oem service manual. hondaswap.com will have the manual.

yeah, those panels seem like they're not right but most of the time, they are. they're just a "mirrored" image of the fuse panel. as in, when you take off the cover, what is on the left of the diagram will be on the right of the fuse block.

so I ran downstairs and pulled the fuse panel cover from the left under the dash and it does not mirror - it is appropriately labeled <---Driver Side & Passenger Side--->

*** fuse issue resolved ***

thats the right one, the part on the left with the hooks is the top of yer fuse box and left and right are driver and passneger respectively. its not inverted or snything weird. you have to look at the part of the box that is recessed though. (not the fuses that stick out) and start with the first fuses that arent spare. if you do that, the diagram will be correct.
