Default problem with my lsvetc setup

so i post a problem i was having with my motor and i wanted to update.... the problem was when i started the motor it did not want to accelerate when on and the only way i could turn it on was when i advanced the distributor all the way...i checked the timing multiple times wires changed throttle bodies even the distributor...so i decided that i was going too advance just the intake cam gear by 1 tooth where the distributor is located just to see what happens and car runs perfect never came across this i don't know how but it works perfect pulls hard idles perfect 110% functional any one have an idea to how this is

1.Stock cam gears? if so your timing is off, something your doing isnt right.

2. Something MAY be wrong with the dizzy, i have seen in rare cases ReMan dizzy tend to
throw timing too much advanced or Retard.

3. Aftermarket cam gears: could be off in some way shape or form.

4. Any CEL's?

1. You were off a tooth to start if using stock gears.
2. You had a bad adjustment or marks are off from the factory if using adjustable gears.

Point is, you may just think you are running a gear advanced a tooth. Could be right on now, which of course explains why it runs fine.
