Default Valve seals or piston rings? (how to tell the difference)

Hey everyone well my question is this how can you tell if your car has bad piston rings or if the valve seals are bad??

-My car drives normal and fine but when I push the car passing 6 RPM's it smokes a lot (white smoke) and does it for like a 30 seconds but then stops smoking. Once again it only smokes when I push the car at high RPM's, IDK if its the valve seals or piston rings. Please let me know what you think or what the difference would be on how to tell which one is bad thanks.

^ well when I start the car and drive it normal it doesnt smoke at all, but if i push the car I notice a lot of white smoke coming out from the exhaust by looking at my rear view mirror when ever I start passing 6 RPMS it starts smoking and when i stop some smoke is still coming out not as bad as when I'm pushing it though but the smoke stops like 30 seconds after i stop pushing the car.

^ yup you will also need to have your motor honed when you put the New RIngs in it does it at high rpms just do to the pressure and small amonts of oil dripping thru the tiny grooves in the walls over time"nothing bad"
